Terms and Conditions


• We do not store credit card details nor do we share financial details with any 3rd parties.
• You can arrive up to 15 minutes before the start of your party.
• Mini Parties: You are more than welcome to stay and play after your party ends. However you may get asked to leave the party booth area. (Unless there is an exclusive party booked afterwards. Please check with a member of staff for more details)
• Exclusive parties can be extended to 2 hours for an extra cost of £60. You can ether do this while booking your party over the website or calling in. Ideally no less than 3 days notice. If the decision is made on the day it is subject to availability.
• Party Cancellation: Parties cancelled with over two weeks notice will be fully refunded. Any party cancelled with less than two weeks notice will not be refunded. Subject to availability parties can be moved to a different date however times might differ from the original booking.
• Alcohol: No alcohol allowed on the premises. Anyone found to bring alcohol into Circus City will be asked to leave immediately and this may result in party cancellation by Circus City Management.
• Parents are allowed to stay for the duration of the party, one parent per child (mini parties only) If parents leave their children for the party it will be the reasonability of the parent booking the party to take care of your child.
• Siblings are allowed to attend the party. They will be charged the normal entrance fee and only if it doesn’t go over our health and safety capacity.

Saturday – Sunday:
Main Stage Café and under 4’s area: 9.00am – 6.00pm*
Circus Play (Frame) & Main Stage Café : 9.00am – 6.00pm*
*Subject to private hire parties, some weekends may open at 10:30pm and close at 4:30pm, please check out facebook page for details.
